While there is no cure\u00a0– awareness must be raised about this condition because it touches the\u00a0lives of everyone at one time or another. The common man cold is actually the exact same thing as the common cold in a woman and is usually harmless, but the\u00a0phenomenon of the common man cold is that it manifests itself as being so much worse, possibly even life threatening.<\/p>\n

\nIn addition to a sore throat,\u00a0runny nose, sneezing, fatigue and cough, the common man cold symptoms also include:<\/p>\n\n
\nIn most cases, there are no severe complications. It is common for the woman in the man’s life to result to\u00a0confiding in\u00a0friends, family, and coworkers during the course of the common man cold for support.<\/p>\n
\nTreatment is the same as any cold: rest, fluids and time to allow the virus to run its course. But due to the severity of the common man cold, treatment will also include coddling,\u00a0sympathy and the patient will be required to be waited on, covered in blankets when he is chilled (and then cooled off when he is hot) and being allowed to complain, mope about and not be expected to handle any of his normal responsibilities.<\/p>\n
